본 연구는 교사리더십 훈련 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 교사들의 대인간 의사소통, 대인관계 문제, 교사효능감의 변화에 미치는 효과를 밝혀 보려는데 그 목적이 있었다. 본 연구의 대상으로는 경남 양산의 J 중학교 교사 18명을 선발하여 각각 실험집단과 통제집단으로 무선 배정한후 실험을 실시하였다. 실험집단은 1박2일 총 15시간의 집단상담을 실시하였고 통제집단은 이 기간동안 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 프로그램을 실시하기 이전과 이후에 실험집단과 통제 집단에 각각 동일한 대인간 의사소통검사, 대인관계문제 검사, 교사효능감 검사를 실시하고 그 결과를 SPSS/PC+10.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 각 척도별로 평균과 표준 편차를 구하였으며, 실험집단과 통제집단집단 간의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 t검증을 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 연구과정을 통해 얻은 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사리더십 훈련 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 통제집단 보다 의사소통 능력이 유의미하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 교사리더십 훈련 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 통제집단 보다 대인관계 문제의 해결능력이 유의미하게 향상되었다. 셋째, 교사리더십 훈련 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단이 통제집단 보다 교사 효능감의 수준이 유의미하게 향상되었다.

영어 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop the Teacher's Leadership Training Group Counseling Program and find out its effect on the interpersonal communication, interpersonal relationship problem and variation of teacher-efficacy.
For this study, 18 Yangsan J middle school teachers were randomly assigned to a experimental group or a control group respectively. The experimental group had performed 15 hours of group counseling for two days while the control group didn't have any programs. The examination of experimental group and control group performed the same tests regarding interpersonal communication, interpersonal relationship problem and teacher-efficacy with both pre-test and post-test respectively. The SPSS/PC 10.0 static program was used to treat each data in order to achieve averages and standard deviations of them and T-test was carried out to find out if there is any significant difference between experimental group and control group. The results of this study showed as follows; First, the subjects of the experimental group who participated in the Teacher's Leadership Training Group Counseling Program significantly improved in the level of communication skill more than those of the control group who did not participate in the program. Second, the subjects of the experimental group who participated in the Teacher's Leadership Training Group Counseling Program significantly improved in the level of interpersonal relationship problem solving ability more than those of the control group who did not participate in the program. Third, the subjects of the experimental group who participated in the Teacher's Leadership Training Group Counseling Program significantly improved in the level of teacher-efficacy more than those of the control group who did not participate in the program. Thus, it concluded that the Teacher's Leadership Training Program had positive influence on the improvement of teacher's leadership. And, signficantly improved in the level of communication skill, interpersonal relationship ability, and teacher-efficacy.
