ABSTRACT

한국어 초록

본 연구의 목적은 문화이론을 통해 문화와 사회복지의 역동성을 찾고, 사회변화에 따른 사회복지 영역의 다양화를 함축하여 사회복지실천의 새로운 트렌드를 구축하는데 있다. 또한 불확실성의 현대사회에서 개인과 사회의 융합적 시대적 소명을 이루고자 하였다. 그동안 사 회복지실천의 궁극적 목표를 가치의 실현에 두고 지식과 기술을 터득하는데 주안점을 두었다면 이제는 가치기준의 사회학적 의미와 개인의 경험적 검증에 따른 과학적 기술, 도덕적․ 시민사회에 대한 헌신이 요구된다. 이러한 사회복지실천의 새로운 트렌드 구축은 문화와 사회복지의 역학관계를 인본주의 심리학과 사회학을 토대로 개인적 성향인 자기절제나 내적의지의 표현인 예술과 도덕, 윤리 등 감정영역의 확대에서 찾아야 한다. 특히 사회복지실천에서 문화적 차이를 엿볼 수 있는 칼 로저스의 개인적인 경험과 관점 즉 개인 간 의사소통의 기술이 중요하다고 보고 자신의 감정과 생각을 정확하고 정직하게 전달하는 것이다. 그러나 사회구조로부터 많은 종류의 책임, 요구, 의무 따위들이 부과되면서 합리적 행위자 (Rational agents)에게 욕구 외적 이유의 문제 해결이 대두된다. 그리고 우리가 하는 모든 행동이 인과적으로 충분한 조건이 미리 결정된 것은 아니고 작용 공간 혹은 여지를 상정해야 한다는 것이다. 자유의지가 전제되지 않고는 삶의 영위가 불가능하기 때문이다. 능동적인 행동이 요구되는 어떤 경우에서도 자유의지는 전제되어야 하며 의식의 구조상 자유의지를 상정하지 않을 수도 없는 것이다. 결국 자유의지와 경험성의 차이에서 사회복지실천의 새로운 트렌드는 칼 로저스(C. R. Rogers)와 아브라함 매슬로우(A. H. Maslow)의 인본주의적 존재의 심리학에서 마틴 셀리그만 (M. E. P. Seligman)의 실존주의적 긍정심리학으로 변화되어야 한다. 역시 사회적 측면에서도 사회는 우리가 인정하는 한에서만 존재할 수 있는 성격의 것임에도 불구하고 인간사회의 제도적 장치는 집단 지향성 능력이며 고유의 문화적 활동인 것이다. 이 시대 진정한 사회복지실천은 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화를 망라하여 사실로부터 당위를 이 끌어 낼 수 있는 토대를 구축하고 도덕과 윤리가 합리적으로 실현되는 장이다. 평균윤리라 할 수 있는데 일상적 삶의 요구를 충족시키고 윤리적 목표가 고상하고 의지가 강한 사람으로 변화는 것이다. 이것이 달성되어야 원칙적 명령과 요구를 의미하는 개인의 존재와 사회의 지표가 되는 준거점이 정립될 것이다.

영어 초록

The purpose of this study is to implement a new trend of social work practice by seeking dynamics in culture and social welfare through a culture theory and connoting diversification in social welfare area according to a social change. Also, the aim was to accomplish a convergence-based periodic mission in an individual and society in modern society with uncertainty. An ultimate goal of social work practice was put on the realization of value and has focused on acquiring knowledge and technology in the meantime. On the other hand, a devotion to scientific technology and ethical․civil society is demanded now according to the sociological sense in the value criterion and to an individual's empirical verification. In terms of implementing a new trend of this social work practice, the dynamics between culture and social welfare should be sought in the expansion of the emotional spectrum such as self-discipline, which is individual propensity, or as morality․ethics, art, which correspond to the expression of an internal will based on humanistic psychology and sociology. Especially, it is what delivers own emotion and thought accurately and honestly with regarding Carl Rogers's individual experience and perspective, which can be observed a cultural difference in the social work practice, namely, an individual-based communication skill as important. However, problem-solving is emerged about an external reason of a desire in rational agents with being imposed many kinds of responsibility, need, obligation and others from the social structure. And our all behaviors are not those that were previously determined a causally enough condition, but need to be proposed the functional space or room. That is because managing life is impossible without being premised a free will. Even in any case of being requested an active behavior, a free will need to be premised. In light of a structure of consciousness, a free will cannot help being proposed. Ultimately in a difference between a free will and experientiality, a new trend of social work practice needs to be changed into the existential positive psychology by M. E. P. Seligman from the humanistic existential psychology by C. R. Rogers and A. H. Maslow. Even in the social aspect, society is characterized by being able to exist just as far as we recognize. Nevertheless, there is a need to realize that an institutional device in society is the group-oriented ability and the peculiarly cultural activity. The true social work practice in this era can be said to be a place of implementing the foundation available for drawing the appropriateness from a fact including politics, economy, society and culture and of being rationally realized morality and ethics. Making a suggestion, it can be mentioned to be the average ethics and is what changes into a person who satisfies a demand of daily life, whose ethical goal is noble, and whose will is strong. Only when this is achieved, the standard point will be established that becomes an indicator of an individual's existence and of society implying a principle-based command.
