이 연구는 학습공동체에 참여한 대학생의 사고양식에 따라 학습공동체 활동에 대한 만족도와 협력
적 자기조절, 집단응집성에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 분석하기 위한 것이다. 관련 선행연구를 분석하여,
사고양식은 Sternberg & Wagner(1991)가 개발한 사고양식 검사도구 중에서 기능범주의 3가지 사고유
형을 진단하는 15개 문항을 활용하였고, 협력적 자기조절은 DiDonato(2013)가 개발한 6개의 문항을
사용하였으며, 집단응집성은 박하나(2015)가 10개의 문항으로 측정한 도구를 활용하였다. 이 연구는
충북 소재 대학교에서 실시한 학습공동체 프로그램에 2015년 2학기부터 2016년 1학기까지 참여한 89
개 팀 193명의 학생을 대상으로 실시되었다. 기술통계, ANOVA 분석을 통하여 밝혀진 연구 결과는
첫째, 사법형 학생들의 ‘열의를 가지고 참여’에 대한 만족이 입법형 학생들보다 유의미하게 높았고,
‘지도교수 면담 도움’과 ‘주간학습 보고서 도움’에 대한 만족은 사법형 학생들이 행정형 학생들보다
높았다. 둘째, 협력적 자기조절 정도에 대한 6가지 모든 항목에서 행정형보다 사법형과 입법형 학생
들이 높았다. 셋째, 집단응집성에서는 과업 응집성 항목 중에서 ‘갈등’ 정도에 대하여 사법형이 행정
형보다 높게 인식하였고, ‘문제 발생시 팀원이 서로 도움’에 대한 인식은 행정형보다 입법형이 높은
것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 결과는 학생들의 사고양식이 학습공동체 활동의 만족도, 협력적 자기조
절, 집단응집성과 관련이 있고, 특히 사법형과 입법형이 행정형보다 학습공동체 활동에 긍정적인 사
고양식임을 알 수 있었다. 행정형의 경우 학습공동체 활동에서 다소 어려움을 경험하고 있음을 시사
하는 결과로서 팀 및 리더 구성과 워크숍 등의 맞춤 지원 전략이 요구된다.

영어 초록

This study aimed at analyzing how different were satisfaction, co-regulation and group cohesiveness in
activities of learning community according to thinking style of university’s students. To conduct this study,
we used three type questionnaires that thinking style questionnaire which consisted of 15 items by Sternberg
& Wagner(1991), co-regulation questionnaire which consisted of 6 items by DiDonato(2013), and Group
cohesiveness questionnaire which consisted of 10 items by Park(2014). An object of this study was 193
students on 89 teams who participated in a learning community in the university of Chungbuk province in
the 2015 fall semester and the 2016 spring semester. The results of statistics and ANOVA analysis were in
the following. First, the type of jurisdiction had meaningfully higher satisfaction than the type of legislation’s
one in ‘participation with enthusiasm’, and the type of jurisdiction had meaningfully higher satisfaction than
the type of administration’s one in ‘usefulness of professor’s counsel’ and ‘usefulness of weekly learning
reports’. Second, the type of jurisdiction and the type of legislation had meaningfully higher awareness than
the type of administration’s one in all items of co-regulation. Third, the type of jurisdiction had meaningfully
higher awareness than the type of administration in ‘conflict’ and the type of legislation had meaningfully
higher awareness than the type of administration in ‘inter-helping when problem occurred’ among group
cohesiveness’s items. As a result, we could have several implications. Above all, thinking styles of students
were related to satisfaction, co-regulation and group cohesiveness. Especially, the type of jurisdiction and the
type of legislation were a positive style in activities of learning community than the type of administration.
This result had an implication that the type of administration feels difficult to activities of learning
community. Therefore, the university needs to support an adaptive strategy to the type of administration,
such as composition of the team and workshop for them.
