① Junction Diode
Through these experiment, we learn two feature of diode. First property is rectifying action. According to bias direction, the diode reacts different. When it is under forward bias, we can check the current. But under reverse bias, we can`t checked current. Through it, we confirm rectifying action. Second property is confirmed aspect of I-V characteristic through graph. Theoretical, junction diode have model that is below circuit
So Theoretically below 0.7V, there is small current is exist and above 0.7V current
grow rapidly. Through experiment data, we can confirm these phenomenon. And we obtain some graph that is similar to theoretical one.

② Zener Diode
First property is specialness of zener diode. Unlike junction diode, In reverse bias mode, zener allow current over critical value. And through graph, we can confirm theoretical graph is right.
