Through activity-level e-business models, customers can find online purchasing, online order processing, e-mail, content publishing, online advertising / public relations, online sales promotions, and social media communication on the website. Especially, as TOMS donates a pair to someone in the developing world who has no shoes for every pair of shoes bought, TOMS is advertising its marketing purpose and communication with its customers through social media, such as, Facebook, Twitter streams, blogs, and more in order to engage more customers and prospects.
