In order to keep justice alive and protect innocent people from crimes, according to Lee(1990), death penalty is the only way for society to respond to certain heinous crimes. Death penalty needs to make Korea safe. According to Seol(2009), South Korea has not practiced the death penalty for 10 years. Even the law wasn’t abolished. We need death penalty to control our society and make it safe. According to Tyler(1983), death penalty has been supported by many Americans. The death penalty will make the country have law crime rate and save tax money. Today, we live in globalized world so the society becomes more complicated than used to be
