1. Descriptive or prescriptive theories of instruction
Theories of instruction is for providing lesson more effectively. Instruction can be classified as a design, development, implement, administration, evaluation. Design is planning for things about instruction overall. To designate design process, at first, character of learner is recognized. Then content for learning, learning progress have to planned. Next stage is development. On development stage, teaching methods for being reached on implementation stage are developed. On development stage, how instruction will be progressed is decided. Implementation stage is the stage for directly implementating instruction. Administration stage is for overall administration. Lastly, Evaluation stage is the stage for evaluating learning goal reaching level of students.
This chapter, theories of instruction is relative with teaching method, teaching condition, teaching result. As how their instruction theory deals with three variables, instruction theory can be classified by 2.
