Performance management starts from performance plan in 4 steps with one year cycle.
This is the most important stage because desirable status and criterion are set with mutual consent between manger and subordinate. Our organization uses KPI(Key Performance Indicator) concept to make ‘SMART’ goals and criteria and track the performance management.
Second step is implementation of periodic performance with record and coaching. Appraiser conducts monitor on the work progress of the subordinates every quarter.
