Technology and its innovations have greatly changed ways in which normal activities are carried out in every sector ranging from business to medical research. Technology has not only affected the marketing phase where it has revolutionized marketing channels to be technology oriented but has also automated the production process such that human labor has been limited to some areas which are hard to automate or cannot be automated. The paper will discuss on the impacts of automation to the business world in general.
Technology Automation
Technology automation is the use of technological innovation in machines to help in performing tasks that initially needed human workforce to perform. Automation has mostly been regarded as the process of using robots to perform tasks but it incorporates any machine involved to act in place of human effort (Acemoglu et al., 2019).
