Ⅰ. Brief Introduction of the selected company
TGIF is a causal chain restaurant in America. In 1965 Alan Stillman opened the first TGIFrestaurant in New York Manhattan.The new restaurantserved standard American cuisine, bar food, and alcoholic beverages. In 1967, TGIF discovered and searched for his own decorations, interiors and ambience, creating new and unique styles. The result was the opening of the first branch of TGIF in 1971 in Dallas, USA. In 1974, TGIF developed its own 280 cocktails, non-alcoholic cocktails and Smoothie. TGI Fridays was one of the first to use promotions such as ladies' nightand puppy dog service. And nowadays, TGI Fridays is a franchising operation, with franchisees owning most of the outlets.TGI Fridays currently has over 1000 restaurants in around 61 countries in 2010.
