1. (Required Question) Pick one aspect of film form (cinematography, editing, mise-en-scène, sound, plot) and discuss the role it plays in Coppola’s adaptation of Stoker’s Dracula through a close reading of one scene from the film of your own choosing. (You may briefly refer to other scenes in the film, but the majority of the answer should be centered on that one chosen scene.)
2. (Optional Question) Based on our discussion of the development of the Hollywood film industry, discuss any two important factors that shaped the manner in which the Hollywood film industry approached the task of adapting works of literature into feature films.

<Until you watch this movie, you don’t know Dracula>
"Dracula," a masterpiece of Bram Stoker and a representative horror novel, has been made into movies several times. Among them, I think the most faithful movie to the original is Francis Ford Coppola's "Dracula." The film is a good reproduction of the original costume. In addition, it is a work that captures the unique grotesque quality.I was most curious about how Coppola tried to adapt to the plot of the movie. So I would like to think about what kind of adaptation Coppola tried and what its role was.
