1.1 objectives
The purpose of this experiment is to determine the flow and pressure measurement of the flow loss and pressure progress of piping and special piping components. During the test, the flow rate loss of the pipe resulting from the introduction of various accessories or connecting components of the pipe in the piping system was investigated. Losses depend largely on geometry, how components are joined together, and internal roughness. For flow systems where knowledge of flow is important, it is essential that the design of those systems include an analysis of all potential loss mechanisms. In particular, the following phenomena may be investigated.
1.2 Theory
When applying pipe flow formulas to practical problems, it is customary to use a control volume analysis.
