1. Introduction
Currently, the whole world is suffering from typhoons, droughts, seasonal changes, and ecological changes as global warming becomes a reality. In particular, the water and energy that humans can use now and in the future are emerging as the most important key keywords in research and business. The supply of water by surface and underground water is expected to face a serious crisis in the future due to the global popularity and the development of industries and the spread of pollution. By 2025, almost all countries will suffer from water shortages, half of which are expected to run out of water resources. In Korea, water shortages are expected, so national countermeasures against water supply are needed.
In Korea, the average rainfall per capita is about one eighth of the world's average, and the river intake rate is 36 percent, making it vulnerable to water use in case of drought.
