1. Purpose< OMO 구조(MoO3/Al/MoO3 구조)에서 최적의 투과도를 갖는 상하부 층 두께>
(분광계 - 광 투과도 / 공초점 주사 레이저 현미경 – 표면 거칠기 / 2침 탐침법 - 면저항)
OMO 구조에서 PET Film의 상하부 산화물 두께는 투명전극의 광학적 투과도 향상에 기여하는 영향이 매우 크기 때문에 최적의 투과도를 위해서는 산화물 층 두께에 대한 최적화가 중요하다. 따라서 본 실험설계에서는 OMO 구조에서 상하부 층의 두께 변화에 따른 광 투과도, 표면 거칠기, 면저항 측정하여 유연투명전극을 연구하였다.
2. Experiment
본 실험에서는 OMO 구조에서 상하부의 층 두께가 광 투과도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 각각의 두께를 고정시킨 후 UV-vis(투과도 측정), 공초점 주사 레이저 현미경(표면 거칠기 측정), 2침 탐침법(면저항 측정)을 통하여 광 투과도를 측정하였다. 실험 방법은 아래와 같이 진행하였다 [Fig 10].
1) 하부 층의 두께를 5nm로 고정시킨 채 상부 층의 두께를
30nm, 50nm, 70nm 로 변화시킬 때 투과도/표면 거칠기/면저항 측정
2) 상부 층 두께를 위의 측정에 의한 최대투과도(=30nm)로 고정시킨 채
하부 층의 두께를 5nm, 10nm, 20nm 로 변화시킬 때 투과도/표면 거칠기/면저항 측정
[1] 투명전극 (Transparent Conducting Electrode ; TCE)
- 평판 디스플레이, OLED과 같은 광전자 소자에 사용되고 있는 물질로 높은 전도도와 가시광선 영역에서 높은 투과도를 갖는 전극
- 플렉시블 장치에 응용하기 위한 투명전극은 유연기판 위에 증착됨
① 낮은 비저항과 면저항 (비저항 < Ω, 면저항 < 103Ω/Sq)
② 높은 광 투과도 (가시광선 영역 투과도 > 80%)
③ 우수한 기계적 특성 (유연성)
