Ⅰ. Characteristics of BaTiO3
Dielectrics : a substance that does not flow electricity by an externally-approved electric field but forms an electrical charge on a surface
Piezoelectricity :

It is one of the groups divided by the crystal structure system standard in oxides. In general, BTO(ABO3) is a piezoelectric material, and it is a material called perovskite that is divided in detail
Ferroelectics : the polarization generated by the external electric field maintains the polarization state even when the external electric field is removed.
There are two parts that make it the stable state where a particular gibbs free energy is at its lowest.
