본문내용

먼저 환자의 V/S을 측정하였고 피부와 부종을 확인하였다. 또 폐음을 청진기를 통해서 사정하였다. 산소포화도 측정기를 부착하여서 심박수와 SPO2를 모니터링 하였다. 또 환자에게 두통, 상복부 통증이 있는지 물었고 매스꺼움이 있는지 물었다. 분만징후가 있는지 확인하기 위해 질 검사를 하였다. 자궁 수축이 있는지 자궁을 촉진하였는데 수축은 없었고 부드럽고, 태아의 움직임이 느껴졌다. 또 환자의 머리, 가슴, 팔, 다리, 복부, 골반을 검사하였고 심부건반사도 검사하였다. 문제가 되는 사항은 없었다. 태아를 위한 사정도 하였는데, doptone device를 부착하여서 태아의 심박수를 측정하였다. 청진을 통해서 태아의 심박수를 확인하였다. 전자태아모니터링 장치를 부착하여서 계속해서 태아를 모니터링 하였다. 또 초음파 검사를 요청하여서 초음파 검사도 시행하였다.
