Impact of Blockchain Policies: Analysis of the Balance between Innovation and Regulation
Recently, blockchain technology has been emerged as a revolutionary asset which completely transformed global landscape across various fields. Among these fields, financial transactions and data management are the two most beneficiaries which has been rapidly changing. Due to the rising blockchain technology’s nature of decentralization, transparency and even security, diverse stakeholders including investors, financial experts, IT engineers and policymakers are all deeply interested in its potential. As these interests arise, there is also a growing concern regarding the regulatory framework within this newborn and emerging industry.
Despite there is already a considerable amount of research on blockchain technology, there remains a significant gap in understanding how current regulations or policies balance
