ABSTRACT

본 연구는 전국의 초·중·고등학교에 있는 교육복지투자우선지역 지원사업 시행 학교에 근무하는 지역사회교육전문가들을 대상으로 네트워크 활동의 실태 및 네트워크 활동에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 조사하였다. 조사결과, 첫째로 자원교환 기관의 다양성에는 지역의 자원적합성, 학교의 업무자율성, 교사의 인식이 영향을 미친다. 그리고 자원교환 활동의 활발성에는 지역사회의 자원적합성이 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사업네트워크 기관 다양성에는 지역사회의 자원적합성, 학교 교사의 인식, 지역사회교육전문가의 전문적 능력이 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 정보교환 기관 다양성에는 지역사회의 자원적합성, 학교 교사인식, 지역사회교육전문가의 전문적 능력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 정보교환 활동의 활발성에는 지역사회의 자원적합성, 학교의 업무자율성, 교사인식, 지역사회교육전문가 요인의 전문적 능력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 클라이언트 의뢰 기관 다양성에는 지역사회의 자원적합성이 영향을 미친다. 그리고 클라이언트 의뢰 지속성에는 지역사회의 자원적합성, 지역사회교육전문가의 전문적 능력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영어 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the community network of the community education specialist and the school social work organizations delivering services to the children living in low-income families, and explore influencing factors on networking by community education specialist.
The sum up the results of the study in terms of the research hypothesis. First, The statistically significant variables in accounting for agency diversity of resource exchange are locus of control; a period of education welfare priority zone, resource suitability, self-control of work, teacher's cognition. The statistically significant variables in accounting for activity of resource exchange are locus of control; a period of education welfare priority zone, resource suitability. Second, The statistically significant variables in accounting for agency diversity of business network are locus of control; a period of education welfare priority zone, resource suitability, teacher's cognition, community education specialist's professional ability. The statistically significant variables in accounting for activity of business network are locus of control; a period of education welfare priority zone Third, The statistically significant variables in accounting for agency diversity of information exchange are locus of control; a period of education welfare priority zone, resource suitability, teacher's cognition, community education specialist's professional ability.
